医学部公共卫生学院雷署丰教授团队在风湿病学权威期刊
Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases发表论文

10月8日,Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases《风湿病年鉴》(IF:12.4)在线发表了我校医学部公共卫生学院遗传流行病与基因组学研究中心雷署丰教授团队的原创性研究论文“Rheumatoid Arthritis Associated DNA Methylation Sites in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (外周血单个核细胞中类风湿性关节炎相关的DNA甲基化位点)”,报道了新发现的类风湿性关节炎的病因机制。论文链接: https://ard.bmj.com/content/early/2018/10/08/annrheumdis-2018-213970

该文通过多组学及多学科交叉综合研究,发现了类风湿性关节炎与多个干扰素诱导基因的DNA甲基化和表达异常有关。表达异常的基因相互作用,形成调控网络,其中PARP9基因异常甲基化可改变免疫T细胞的增值与激活、影响IL2炎症因子表达,从而影响炎症过程和发病进程。这些发现刷新了我们对类风湿性关节炎分子病因的认识,为干预和防治该病提供了分子靶标和科学依据。
